A baffling, puzzling, or disturbing dream (or a series of dreams) is what often propels an individual to begin exploring the ways of dreams. All too often, the initial goal for the dreamer is to get a quick and easy explanation of either what caused the dream (the pepperoni pizza before bedtime) or what it means (you'll meet the person of your dreams in three days), and then to be done with the dream.
